- Fists was originally only obtainable via equipping a ranged weapon, you would spawn with fists as an extra weapon.
- The weapon itself is likely a reference to the secret fists option from Mortem Metallum, in which you equip no weapons upon spawning.
- You can equip enchants and skins on fists, however skins do not appear unlike enchants.
- Fists are disputably the worst weapon in the game.
